Timeframe:
You have upto 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a Return or Exchange for any product, provided it's in an unused condition.

How to Initiate:
Go to the return/exchanges tab and follow the steps mentioned there.

Proof of Return:
When returning a product, please ensure you obtain a receipt from the courier partner as proof of return. This helps us process your return efficiently.

Exceptions:
Please note that products ordered from third-party marketplaces are not eligible for replacement, return, or refund. For assistance with such purchases, kindly contact their support teams directly.

Sale Items:
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange or return. If you encounter any issues with the return process for sale items, please reach out to us via Email (support@eridani.in) or Call/WhatsApp (+91 9653323975).

Manufacturing Defects:
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours. We'll promptly replace the product or provide a full refund, no questions asked. Kindly note, this will take place once your damaged/defective piece is picked up.

Condition of Returned Items:
For a successful return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Please Note that shipping amounts are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of delivering your order to you.
