You can Exchange or Return any product within 7 days of delivery in an unused condition. You can do this process through Your Account.
Please ensure you take the receipt from the courier partner at the time of returning the product, as a proof of return.
Kindly note, products ordered from third party marketplaces will not be eligible for a replacement, return or refund. We request you to reach out to their support teams for a way forward.

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we request you to get in touch with us within 48 hours, we will replace the product or provide you a refund you for the entire amount.
For replacement or return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. Kindly keep the products in it's original packaging.
