Duration:
We offer a 3-month warranty on all our products. This warranty period begins from the date of purchase and ensures that you have ample time to enjoy your footwear with peace of mind.

Proof of Purchase:
To avail of the warranty benefits, a valid bill or receipt of purchase is required. Please keep this document safe as it serves as your proof of purchase.

Manufacturing Defects:
All our footwear is manufactured by hand, in the unlikely event that your footwear exhibits any manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we request you to reach out to us promptly. Simply contact us via Email or WhatsApp, and our dedicated team will assist you accordingly.

Replacement or Refund:
If you notify us within 48 hours of delivery about any manufacturing defects, we will offer you the option of a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase amount, as per your preference.

Accidental Damage or Overuse:
Please note that our warranty does not cover defects arising from accidents or overuse. However, rest assured that we're committed to providing the best service possible. If your footwear requires repair due to such incidents, we'll do our utmost to fix the pair for you, ensuring that you can continue to enjoy wearing them.
