Product Care

All materials used in making your Eridani product are non-leather. They are handpicked and carefully chosen when finalizing the product. Any colour or textural variances could be part of the material’s natural characteristics and may not be considered as a defect.

All our products go through a process of quality check before we dispatch it to you. You can follow some care instructions to lengthen the life of your shoe.

Weather: All materials including metal accessories, can get affected due to the weather conditions, such as humidity.
We do not recommend storing your product in plastic. Please use the shoe-bag & shoe-box provided during the time of purchase to store your footwear.

Over-wearing: Constantly wearing a single pair of shoes can damage it’s structure. Keep alternating your footwear to make them last longer.

Wipe-down: If your footwear gets dirty on wearing it, we recommend using a wet cloth to clean it as soon as you can.

Dry feet only: Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to bad odour in your footwear.
