You can exchange or return any product within 7 days of delivery in an unused condition. To return any product you can go to our RETURNS tab.
We do not offer cash refunds. In case of Return, you can either exchange the product or request for a credit note with the same amount with the validity of 6 months. Discounted products can only be exchanged for size.
For any Return/Exchange, you will be charged INR 1.00 for authentication. The shipping cost for returns and exchanges will be borne by Eridani
Kindly note, products orders from third party marketplaces will not be eligible for a replacement, return or refund. We request you to reach out to their support teams for a way forward.

Items purchased on SALE are not eligible for exchange or return. We request you to get in touch with us via Email (support@eridani.in) or WhatsApp (9082064181) for any size issues
Please note, items purchased on SALE may have slight defects and will not be considered as a damaged product
If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we request you to get in touch with us within 48 hours. If a product has a manufacturing defect and is notified to us within 48 hours of delivery, we will replace the product or refund you for the same.
To be eligible for replacement/return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging, if the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used, and hence we will not accept the return.
Please note, it takes 72 hours for return pick ups to take place. We request you to notify us once your return pickup is done. We will ship your exchange pair once the pickup is done. The new pair will reach you within 7 working days.
Credit note will be issued once we receive the product back to our warehouse and a quality check for the same is done.
Defects arising from physical damage or over use will not be eligible for a Refund/Exchange.
Kindly note, refunds (in case of a defect) are processed within 15 days once we receive the product back to our warehouse and it is checked.
Shipping amounts are Non-Refundable.
